Recipients
Your data is intended for MAREE SONORE EVENTS. To coordinate the services offered on this website, contact and quote requests are also passed on to SASU OWLARIS (Maison Owlaris, owlaris.fr), a partner company. Our technical subcontractors (IONOS hosting, payment providers, email delivery service) only access it to carry out their tasks.
Audience measurement: the website counts its visits anonymously, without cookies or any storage in your browser. The pages viewed, where the visit came from, the type of device and the approximate city are recorded to improve the website; no IP address is kept. This service is provided by SASU OWLARIS, a processor acting on behalf of MAREE SONORE EVENTS; the data is kept for no more than 13 months.
Retention periods
Contact and quote requests not followed up: 3 years after the last exchange. Customer data: for the duration of the business relationship, then 3 years. Accounting records and invoices: 10 years, in accordance with the French Commercial Code.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, as well as the right to set instructions on what happens to it after your death. To exercise these rights, write to theo@mareesonore.com. You will receive a reply within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).

The website is served over HTTPS. Payments are processed by certified providers: we never have access to your card numbers.
